Hey guys I just wanted to share my buy box. I am currently in the market for a 2-4 unit property within 35 minutes of Portsmouth NH. Pre-approved budget of $600k financing. I am looking to house hack this property so at least one unit with a 3 BR is a plus. Ideally a value add property that will be a LTR after renovations.
