Hi everyone, just letting you know my latest 7 week experiment resulted in further tumour mass reduction, but not full remission. It’s hard to know how big the tumour is as I was given 3 measurements (presumably length width and height) and no total. My first MRI was 2900m³ and all the others either had no measurements and said “stable” or “stable albeit slightly smaller” or “slight reduction in size and bulk.” Has anyone else struggled with consistency of measurements? Anyway, I think what’s left of the tumour is between 0.8cm and 1.2cm, but that’s my guess.
Anyway the protocol went like this:
2 weeks on:
- First thing in the morning: matcha, dandelion root and soursop tea concoction with liquid Kurk (curcumin with more bioavailability - 20% sensitivity in Onconomics test)
- Shortly after tea: 2x 500mg capecitabine (81% sensitivity in Onconomics test), 3x 500mg frankincense carterri (25% sensitivity in Onconomics test), 3x125mg genistein (25% sensitivity in Onconomics test), 3x500mg quercitin (30% sensitivity in Onconomics test), 3xAgaricus blazei mushroom (30% sensitivity) 4x500mg Sodium Phenylbutyrate (glutamine antagonist)
- With keto/carnivore lunch: ReDO drugs: Fenben, Propranolol, Cimetidine, Loratadine, Dipyridamole, Metformin, Naltrexone and more Sodium Phenylbutyrate, Celebrex
- With keto/carnivore dinner: combination of what’s taken in the morning and afternoon (so many pills 🤢), capecitabine only if I eat too much protein as it interferes with the synthesis of proteins
One week off - alternate days of keto and dry fasting
Repeat two weeks on: drugs and nutraceuticals as above
One week off: 4 days dry fasting (no food, water, showering) and 3 days water only fasting
Summary:
- 14 days of fasting in total (but did practice doing 7 days 3 months ago after a terrible ED relapse that shot my GKI up to diabetes territory and got me into a really dark place).
- Didn’t do any HBOT or sauna - can’t afford it as my ass is broke
- Did lots of meditation which has changed my life and reduced my stress
- Lifted heavy weights at the gym
- Did minimal cardio - short walks to the beach and park to get fresh air and rebounding
- Have been working full time mostly so on the computer a lot, plus finishing my nutrition studies, integrative cancer coaching cert and writing my book at the same time = EMF overload
- Tried to do earthing everyday after learning direct contact with the Earth's surface supports mitochondrial function by influencing electron flow and reduces inflammation
- Didn’t sleep enough, especially during fasting due to elevated cortisol and adrenaline
- Got drunk twice - dry white wine and vodka soda water only but still a stupid decision
- Ate a bit too much keto junk, e.g. low carb bread and sugar free chocolate instead of being strict whole foods only ketovore
- Ultimately 7 weeks probably wasn’t long enough - general rule of thumb is 12 - so maybe my expectations were too high
Next steps:
- Will start working with a naturopath to do very detailed GI mapping and microbiome testing (MetaExplore) as on day 6 of the fast rancid green muck came out of me. 🤢 To think that was sitting in my rectum (where the tumour is) for weeks is worrying and a sign my gut health is poor
- Will also test for pathogens, mould and heaps of other markers GPs don’t know shit about
- May risk trialling stopping the drugs and moving away from blocking tumour pathways and attacking the tumour to healing practices
- Will do further research on gut health studies and any links to digestive cancers as this seems to be all the rage atm on podcasts - having bulimia for 20 years and still have occasional lapses is probably fucking my gut up and a barrier to progress
- Disappointed but a lot of growth and learning has been done and still no disease progression since diagnosis in May 2023 and initial suspected lymph node disease still reversed - all nodes clear in the pelvic region
Love you CW fam! ❤️
