MRI Results - Dry Fasting & HBOT Experiment
Hi everyone! Just letting you know I got my MRI result to measure the impact of three weeks of dry fasting and HBOT. Out of the three weeks I dry fasted 11 days (mostly 2-3 days in a row and then did refeeding). While this was a short stint and didn’t fully destroy the tumour, I did get further reduction in mass (although there were no measurements on the report so I’m not sure of the extent). I’ve been told you need to fast a long time to achieve cell cannibalism. As I’m very lean, I never fast for more than 4 days in a row and then I refeed. Maybe this undermines autophagy, or maybe it’s that the tumour has resisting populations because of the MDR1 overexpression. Anyway, not a total success or failure. Overall I’m happy lymph nodes are still clear and my periods of complacency and dietary non-compliance haven’t resulted in disease progression.
P.S here’s me post-fast, scrawny as fuck, while currently on holiday in Florida. I’m looking forward to regaining weight and starting a new protocol. So the experimentation continues!
