Ivermectin dosage for cancer treatment
What is the correct Ivermectin dosage for cancer treatment? I see different recommendations online: some suggest 0.2 mg/kg, others 0.4 mg/kg, and some even 1 mg/kg.
Does anyone know the exact dosage and how/when it should be taken?
