14 Months Later, My MRI Result Is In
In one sense, the MRI result has remained stable.
I was expecting more than stable, but God had other plans. I choose to accept it and feel grateful for what I have.
My story:
I am a 63-year-old male with longstanding BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia).
1. July 2024: My PSA kept increasing. The urologist performed a DRE (Digital Rectal Exam), found no suspicious indications, and referred me for an MRI. The result: Suspect nodule, corresponding to PIRADS 4.
2. The urologist said I was a cancer suspect, suggested I do a prostate biopsy.
3. After doing some research, among others, I learned from Dr. Stephen Petteruti in his YouTube videos. This is one of them: Think Twice Before a Prostate Biopsy: The Evidence You Need to Hear. https://youtu.be/6Crij3C1X9E?si=MMiaCD_f7rNP6F1A
4. The possible side effects of a prostate biopsy include bleeding in the urine, semen, or stool, and difficulty urinating. The worst side effect is the risk of spreading the cancer.
5. I have chosen to explore metabolic therapy instead.
6. Fast forward to September 2025, and I did another MRI scan. The result was PIRADS 4, similar to the MRI result 14 months ago, and no sign of metastasis.
7. With the new MRI result, I asked the urologist, given the stable MRI results after 14 months, I asked him about the potential signs that the nodule is not malignant.
8. The urologist said only a biopsy can determine whether it’s malignant or benign. He kept suggesting I do the biopsy.
9. For the second time, I decided to avoid the biopsy because I think the risk of biopsy-related cancer spread is greater than the benefit. I appreciate that some men do not experience the risks I mentioned; good for them, but I just don't want to take that risk.
10. There is an interesting study that showed an inverse correlation between prostate size and prostate cancer incidence.
11. My prostate size is 127cc (considered large according to the urologist). The PSA density (Prostate size vs PSA) values of ≥ 0.20 contribute towards the suspicion of a prostate malignancy. My current PSA density is 0.19.
12. This is the study: Any Correlation Between Prostate Volume and Incidence of Prostate Cancer: A Review of Reported Data for the Last Thirty Years https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8518471/
13. My prostate symptoms are getting better. I have been tapering off the Tamsulosin (the drug to reduce prostate symptoms) successfully. From 3-5 times waking up to pee at night without Tamsulosin to 0-2 times without it.
My Protocol:
1. Food
a. Carnivore (Beef, lamb, organ meat, sardine, prawn, ghee, and eggs). I also take a small amount of garlic, pepper, onion, and avocado
i. Protein to fat ratio is 1:2
ii. Protein: 125 gr (31%) – 1.78 gr/kg bodyweight
iii. Carb: 25 gr (6%)
iv. Fat: 250 gr (63%)
b. Intermittent fasting: about 18 hours fasting window. 2 meals a day, brunch at about 11 PM and dinner at about 5 PM
c. My GKI is stuck at around 6. I can't get it to drop to 2. Perhaps I eat too much protein, but I need it for muscle preservation.
2. Repurposed Drugs
a. Since August 2024, I have taken Ivermectin (25 mg/day), and Mebendazole (500 mg/day), 3 days a week
b. Since June 2025, I increased the Ivermectin dose to 37.5 mg/day (0.5 mg/kg body weight), and Mebendazole (500 mg/day), 3 days a week
3. CDS and DMSO
a. Since June 2025, I have taken DMSO and CDS Protocol C until now, with the dose of 30 ml of 3000 ppm CDS in a litre of water divided into 8-10 portions every day.
b. Since July 2025, I have added CDS Enema protocol, i.e, 6 ml of CDS in a 150 ml suction bulb, 2 times a day, every morning and night.
4. Exercise: Light to moderate intensity. More resistance training and less aerobic, about 150 minutes to 200 minutes a week.
5. Sleep: From 10 pm to 5 am
6. Light: Catch the red light of sunrise and sunset every day (thank you )
7. Supplements
a. Turmeric: 600 mg/day
b. Magnesium 400 mg/day
c. Vit D3: 8000 IU/day and Vit K2 100mcg/day
d. Black seed oil: 600 mg/day
e. Zinc, 10 mg/day
f. Melatonin: 15 mg/day
g. Berberine: 1500 mg/day
h. Turkey Tail mushroom added in my decaf coffee
8. Mental/Emotional
a. Healing from past and inherited trauma through Systemic Constellation
b. Managing stress through meditation and breathing exercises
My Next Step
1. Keep doing what I am doing, increasing the Ivermectin and Mebendazole dose. I’ve been taking them for 14 months now. Are there any long-term studies confirming their safety?
2. I developed my CDS protocol using only the guidelines outlined in Andreas Kalcker’s book. I will consult a physician well-versed in CDS treatment from the ALK foundation. They specialize in Electromolecular Medicine (https://alkfoundation.com/en). The online consultation fee is affordable, USD 50 for a 30 - 45 minute session.
I would like to invite your insights, suggestions, new information, or success stories. Thank you
