You folks don’t just check sites and greet campers—you’re the ones stepping up day after day, often filling the shoes of a manager whenever needed. Whether it’s organizing the team, handling last-minute changes, solving tricky guest issues, or jumping into action during emergencies, you’re always ready to make sure the campground runs smoothly.
Managers know they can count on you as their right hand—someone they can always lean on for support, problem-solving, and keeping things on track. Campers recognize you as the “go to” person on-site: the friendly face who’ll answer questions, lend a helping hand, and make everyone feel at home.
Your leadership doesn’t go unnoticed. You juggle responsibilities with skill (often behind the scenes!), look out for your crew, and consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming, positive environment for all.
