Pine Haven Venue and Lodging is seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable working camping couple to join our team for the 2026 summer season! Located on 19 beautiful acres in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Pine Haven offers 30 cabins, 30 RV sites, and an on-site wedding venue.
Office Responsibilities (20–25 hours per week)
• Answering phones
• Taking reservations and responding to inquiries
• Checking guests in and out
• Assisting guests with questions in the office
• Laundry and light cleaning
• Experience with ResNexus is a plus, but not required—we will train!
Duties are not limited to those listed above; additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Maintenance Responsibilities (15–25 hours per week)
• Mowing and trimming
• Assisting with RV sites and cabins as needed
• Parking RVs
• General maintenance tasks throughout the season

What We’re Looking For
• A couple with positive attitudes who enjoys interacting with guests
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Dependability and teamwork
• Comfort working both independently and alongside staff
Compensation
• $12.00 per hour with potential raises throughout the summer
• 2 days off a week
o Mornings, Evening, Weekends shifts required
• 45foot back in RV site
• Site Cost Benefit:
o 5 hours per week per person covers your RV site fee
o If you complete the full season, these hours will be paid back to you at the end of the season
