Each week you'll find two pre-recorded lessons in the Classroom, about 30 minutes each. Lesson 1 drops Sunday morning with the week's core concept. Lesson 2 drops Tuesday morning with the practical method.
Every Thursday we meet live for a group call (60 to 75 minutes). Volunteers bring a real moment from their week and we walk through it together using the method.
You also have a daily micro-practice through the app, about 5 to 10 minutes a day. This is where the transformation actually takes root.
