This space exists for one reason: to give you a gentle, reliable way to slow down and come back to yourself through simple drawing.
You don’t need:
  • To be “good” at drawing.
  • Any special tools.
  • Share anything if you don’t want to.
This is not a course to complete or a challenge to push through. It’s a practice you develop and return to again and again in your own way.
Start with the Start Here section in the classroom.Then, when you’re ready, introduce yourself in a few words if you’d like:
  • Your name
  • What brought you here
  • What “calm” means to you right now
You belong here exactly as you are.
