Hey Nick Y, Calm and Strong šŸš€
Hey Nick Y šŸ‘‹ Just checked out Calm and Strong. You're still early enough to structure the community properly before growth starts kicking in — which honestly is the best possible timing. We're currently helping new Skool owners turn empty/basic communities into launch-ready ecosystems completely free. Examples + full breakdown here: šŸ‘‰ Community Launch Before vs after examples below šŸ‘‡
Hey Nick Y, Calm and Strong šŸš€
You're not weak! You're overloaded!
If you found us through the "brain feels fried" post, this is the room that one was leading you to. And if you are here this early, I consider you a founding member. That is not a marketing label. It is an actual thing: day-one members set the tone of every community they join. The kinds of tools we make, what we talk about, the weekly event format, the small decisions that decide the vibe: YOU have an outsized say in all of it. I am quietly hoping you are excited to help me build this... A starting prompt to break the ice: What's the one thing that's frying your brain this week? Drop it in one line. Specific or general, dramatic or boring, all fine. No advice from me unless you ask. The point is just to name it out loud, so you can see it clearly and so the next person knows they're not alone. My brain is fried from a complicated project that I need my boss' input on - he's out of office from an emergency surgery, and it's no one's fault, but the hard work I've done is delayed because of it. Literally for no reason, my brain keeps thinking about how far behind we are because of it. Smh... The song I linked here is the one I always turn to when I need to deflate - it's like a swirling brain massage at the end of a long day. Please wear headphones for the full experience. Hope you like it ::) Calm mind, strong life.
