8/9 Reflections
The weight of the responsibility of the Call to Excellence was very much felt today. Whatever the Lord is calling you all towards, wear it with honor. This is the KING of Kings that we GET to serve, and He loves His beloved children. We are the apple of His eye.
He died for me when I didn't deserve it🥺. He comforts me🥰. He feeds me 🥗. He healed me. He restored me. He covers me and protects me. On and on we could go.
I used to think that when I missed the mark God was dissapointed but I was reminded, (as I was typing) that, to Him, a 1000 years is but a day. The many many many years that it took me to learn a lesson, hear Him clearly, or obey, to Him, it's only seconds.[if that]🥹 Plus we have been made righteous through Christ Jesus.
"What is man that You are mindful of him,
5 For You have made him a little lower than [b]the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. Psalm 8: 4 & 5.
