I was hurting pretty bad from work today but managed to still hit my 125 goal. I also accidentally did too many because math is hard.
1st set: 40 pushups
2nd set: 30 pushups
3rd set: 25
4th set: 20
5th set: 20
Total time: 9 minutes
I also did 4 sets of 25 squats.
Total time: 7 minutes 30 seconds ish
