I started CAKES IN LDN from home in 2023 with no professional baking experience. What began as a hobby grew into a real cake business with regular customers, fully booked weekends and opportunities to work with brands and influencers.
Now I’m sharing everything I’ve learnt along the way.
Inside the Academy, I’ll teach you my methods for baking, buttercream, filling & stacking, achieving a professional finish, piping and cake decorating, choosing your equipment, pricing, taking orders, marketing and building your business.
