Writing occurs when it occurs. I find you can not force it when it is not there. It is a process in your mind that echoes or reflects what you think. If you are tired, then your thoughts will not flow quite so well and what you write may not be as good. The basics of writing are things like being able to use your fingers to type on a keyboard. To not have to think about what you are doing really helps. When I write in English I can usually touch type. I also write software which have their own languages and I am constantly correcting. It has a stultified grammar, strange punctuation and very strict rules. Writing in human language is much more fluid. We have thoughts and the mental discipline of writing is to think correctly. To think what you are writing about. Normally, our mind wander into places that we probably do not want to write about and during those times we perhaps should journal and not publish. We may be having thoughts and need to just let them run their course and eventually they stop. That is okay but we do not have to tell everyone everything. We have editors who can erase all the noise or we can do it ourselves. It is best to do the editing when the writing flow has stopped. The writing flow is precious, its value is not easily replaced. Have you ever written something freely, and then gone back and tried to edit it to improve clarity and messed it up. Even to the point where you delete most or even all of it? Writing improves by doing it. The act of writing is a noble endeavour. You do not know if anyone is going to read your voice, but you say it case someone finds value. My best advice to other writers is to write with a freedom to say what you think and feel. Connect your mind to other people's minds. How do you make money writing?
