C-Buckets Hoops IQ Lab helps middle and high school basketball players become smarter decision makers through guided film study, while also helping parents better understand the game.
Members learn through short, guided film lessons that focus on reading defenses, understanding spacing, and applying concepts directly in games and practices.
The program is led by Cecil “C-Buckets” Brown, a former professional basketball player and international coach who contributes to video analysis with the Oklahoma City Thunder. He has experience developing players at the youth, high school, professional, and national team levels.
Parents are encouraged to learn alongside their athlete. The program helps parents understand spacing, reads, and decision-making so they can have more meaningful basketball conversations at home.
The same film study principles used at the highest levels of basketball are simplified so young players can understand and apply them.
