Welcome to the Academy. This is not about pushing through a diagnosis or forcing change. This week is simply about slowing down, getting oriented, and learning how to support yourself in a new way. Use this 7-day roadmap during your trial, there’s no need to do it perfectly or all at once. Day 1: Meet Your Guide: Set up the Dis-Ease Reset GPT. Introduce yourself in the Community tab and share one area of life (health, money, or relationships) that’s been feeling heavy lately. Day 2: Awareness Check: Go to the Classroom and watch the first video. Use the GPT to notice what survival patterns or stress responses may still be running in the background. Day 3: Interrupt the Loop: Choose one prompt from the 100-Prompt Library to help pause a stress response when it shows up. Day 4: Grounded Connection: Use the GPT to create a prayer or meditation that feels supportive to you, based on your own beliefs. Day 5: Stress & Resources: Explore the Abundance module and reflect on how chronic stress may have affected your relationship with money or security. Day 6: Nervous System Support: Try a real-time visualization prompt and notice how your body responds, no forcing, just observing. Day 7: Reflection: Look back at Day 1. What feels different, even slightly? Decide whether this space feels supportive enough to continue. Share one insight from the week in the comments.
