Welcome to Butterflii Haven 💛
If you're reading this, you found your way here. And I'm so glad you did.
This is a space for women 40+ who are navigating mental health challenges—depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma, or just carrying a heavy heart through life.
Here's what you need to know:
✨ This is NOT a "good vibes only" space✨ You don't have to be positive or "fixed" to be here✨ You can be honest about how you're really doing✨ We use simple tools like journaling and coloring to help calm our minds✨ We're all walking this road together—no one is above the struggle
🦋 COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:
- Be kind (to yourself and others)
- Keep what's shared here private (What's said in the Haven stays in the Haven)
- No unsolicited advice unless someone specifically asks
- It's okay to have bad days (and to talk about them)
- You don't have to respond to every post—just being here is enough
- Respect boundaries (If someone says they don't want to talk about something, honor that)
- This is not therapy and does not replace your doctor, therapist, or medication
🚨 CRISIS RESOURCES:

A note from me:
I'm [Your Name]. I don't have a degree in mental health, but I have 20+ years of lived experience with depression, PTSD, anxiety, and grief.
I lost my daughter when she was 1 year old.I survived childhood abuse and watched my mother go through it too.I've battled addiction, navigated trauma-induced memory loss, and I'm still doing the work with my doctor and therapist.
I'm not speaking to you from a mountaintop.I'm walking this road right beside you.
That's why I created this space—so women like us don't have to carry everything alone.
Welcome home, Butterflii. 🦋
