Introductions
Hey everyone, I’m Joshua.
I’m a sales and leadership professional with a proven record of building and leading high-performing teams. From interviewing and hiring top talent to running meetings and closing deals myself, I believe in leading from the front — with strategy, empathy, and execution.
Outside of sales, I’m an AI video innovator and lifelong creative. I produce high-volume, studio-quality video content using cutting-edge AI tools, drawing from my background in filmmaking and music production. I studied audio engineering and still record and mix all my own music in my home studio — playing every instrument myself.
I’m also passionate about health and fitness — eating clean, training hard, and living with balance. When I’m not creating or leading, you’ll usually find me outdoors — camping, hiking, or fishing — or enjoying live music at a concert or festival.
I’m excited to be here and connect with like-minded professionals, share ideas, and keep growing — both personally and professionally. I’m always open to learning, collaborating, and finding new ways to create impact.
