Hey Guys! Allow me to share some of my explorations as inspired by the Orlando Florida Walt Disney mastermind events held as part of the Business leaders network community.
Michael McClosky helped me see my gifts as an Analyzing Collaborator. The Myers Briggs reminds me to be who I am as an INFJ guide. For me in my own process of self discovery, I learned from something called human design that I am a 2/4 splenic projector; the natural “hermit/oppurtunist” who “retreats” into the serenity of peace and isolation so I can I carefully observe and explore the knowledge we share here as a collective. These are some things I e began to look into and “analyze” more deeply… the lives of those who were involved in the growth of Walt Disneys vision.
Thus, into the books and documentaries I dive.
Michael Eisner was the CEO of Disney during the Disney Renaissance phase. He and Franco were like the “Walt and Roy” dynamic duo. He was born March 7th, 1942. I don’t know what time, but usually collect 3-5 times to get a good understanding of the energetic capacity a person may have.
Attached is Michael Eisners human design chart. Upon watching some documentaries and gleaning on the stories from the Business leaders network mastermind calls, classes, and events. I realize that the trajectory of growth didn’t stop with Walt when he died (obviously); it continues to be refined, tested, and further developed no matter the direction it may be going; good an bad. It was the imagineers that carried and continued to expand the vision that Walt gave the world. Michael Eisner ‘recognized’ that. He was a reflection of Walt. He and Franco together were the new ‘Roy and Walt.’
This brings me to share what lead me to feel my desire to look up this man’s human design chart. It was because of the events surrounding the development of “EuroDisney” in France.
Long story short, after the failure of EuroDisney, and the death of Franco; Micheal underwent triple bypass heart surgery..
The man literally had a broken heart. The love he poured into the work wasn’t reflected back to him. In fact, he had eggs thrown at him. I believe, they went too big too soon, which led to the eventual failure of the park in France.
True, it is beautiful, but perhaps there was too much “pushing” to make it happen. He wasn’t invited. We weren’t invited properly. It was forced.
Let’s remember that when we try to force things, sometimes it pushes what we want further away.
