The Problem: Manually adding every ThriveCart customer to GoHighLevel, tagging them, and starting email sequences was eating up time and causing delays.
The Solution: This automated workflow that handles everything the moment someone purchases.
How It Works:
ThriveCart purchase triggers the workflow
Searches GoHighLevel to check if contact exists
Router splits the process into multiple actions
Simultaneously updates contact info, applies tags, creates opportunities, and enrolls in sequences
Time Saved: About 5-10 minutes per customer (adds up fast!)
Tools Used: Make.com (or similar), ThriveCart, GoHighLevel
