My journey did not begin with resources, connections, or a perfect business plan. As a university student, there was a time when I did not even have my own phone. Later, after university, I worked manual jobs, including in a garage, while travelling between Adama and Addis Ababa looking for training, work, and opportunities. I learned to start with what I had. Later, my wife and I started a business using borrowed money. What began small grew into Herol Translation and Business Support, with employees, clients, freelancers, and real business responsibilities. That experience pushed me to keep learning, building, and experimenting. Over time, that journey expanded into Herol Signature in strategic marketing and brand architecture, Herol Learning Academy in learning and capability development, FirmaOffice in technology, AI, and business infrastructure—and eventually Saddeet, an ecosystem built around knowledge, opportunity, entrepreneurship, and connection. Along the way, I learned something that continues to shape what I build: Potential is everywhere. Opportunity is not. That is why I created this space. I want to share what I have learned from building businesses, making mistakes, solving real problems, learning continuously, and turning ideas into practical action. This community is for people who are starting with what they have, trying to build something real, looking for direction, or simply refusing to stop learning. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Start with what you have. Learn. Build. Connect. Create. Welcome to the journey.
