Today’s meet was so resonant. It was a significant lunar eclipse last night where release and letting go of that which no longer serves us is so vital to growth and moving forward.
Thank you for leading the negative energy ball practice and helping me and others continue to let go and throw away all the ick, sick and things that no longer serve us. ☯️
