This week’s been different — kids are home, I took some time off work, and my normal rhythm is out of sync.
Tuesday and Wednesday, I tried something new: back-to-back workouts (gym + hot yoga). Gotta be honest… I’m not a fan 😅
Both days, my energy tanked during the second session. I usually split it up — early morning prayer run, then later in the day I’ll hit the gym or yoga once I’ve eaten and settled into the day. That’s way better for me.
Lesson learned: I need that rhythm, space, and fuel between sessions.
