A 10-Week Cohort for Men Who Feel Stuck
Most men don’t fall apart. They slowly lose themselves trying to be responsible, dependable, and “good.”
They know what to do, but struggle to stay consistent when life gets chaotic. They start over often, feel frustrated with themselves, and can’t quite name what’s off.
This 10-week cohort is designed to change that.
We’ll work through the deeper patterns that drive inconsistency, burnout, and self-doubt. Not at the surface level, but at the level of identity and self-leadership.
This is a live, small-group experience. We meet weekly and apply the work in real time. The focus isn’t motivation or tactics. It’s learning how to lead yourself in a way that holds when stress increases and life gets loud.
Health, discipline, relationships, and direction all improve as a result, but the core work is rebuilding how you operate as a man.
The cohort begins the first week of January and enrollment closes before we begin.
