About me!
Maybe we can meet weekly for a video chat while we breastfeed/pump/bag our milk together.
My system that works for me:
🔥I use mobile pumps.
🔥I pump every 3-4hrs on my shift for about 20min.
🔥I collect each days batch in a 40oz yeti.
🔥I keep that and my pump parts in a fridge at work.
🧊 When it’s full, I bag and freeze that batch.
🧼Rinse and repeat—literally, I hand wash everything and do it again for the next 24hrs.
🏠 When I get home, I stock the freezer with my supply and that will be the milk that feeds my daughter during my next shift!
🏠 I breast feed when I am home
