Tonight I deadlifted a PR of 170kg, 2.2x bodyweight. Feeling strong, feeling lean, hands are only a little scuffed up from the knurling. Let's go! What are you most proud of as of late?
Gym clothes vs going out clothes
When you guys go to the gym vs when you go out … what’s important to you? How you look in your clothes? Or how your clothes fits you? (They are not the same thing) In case you didn’t know I have been slowly putting together a clothing line to find a middle ground. I want gym clothes that can still look good going to get groceries, to the airport, even in a date. Let me know what you guys think.

Yall when I tell you this meal was bomb!… Easy to make and delicious! Ingredients: Rice Tofu Lentil Stew: lentils, daal, mushroom, tomatoes, kale, chickpea. Who says you can’t have delicious food and still see progress!?
