UPDATE 2: I asked Google why an app install window appears on my Samsung Chrome browser, and I got this message: "This happens because either the website is a Progressive Web App (PWA) offering an "add to home screen" option, or your browser is being affected by malware or adware. To stop this, you can either manually add the app for sites you trust by clicking the prompt, or you can disable pop-ups, scan for malware, and check your app settings to block unwanted behavior."
UPDATE: if anyone sees a window on their mobile phone that says Buildy app install, do not install . Support says they do not have an app and they are looking into this anomaly.
