Hello, I have not yet watched it, but after work today I will jump straight to it,didn't want do the 6.30 am-4-5 pm job, scaffolding driving the truck dropping of to the sites but have to unload and help,they want me to get my hiab ticket and drive that truck,never done scaffolding,Fit and strong in the head lots of heavy lifting,all new to me,learning,so I do both,wife told me back to work,plus just started restore job on 65 Galaxie.

Good stuff Jackie,my son's told me to start looking after yourself calm down and start exercising and that is what I have done and they moved to ozzies,gold coast and left there cars here gave me the keys and one of the cars is high performance xr6 falcon Turbo dyno tuned 490 HP I can't get enough of it,I polished the max out of this car win a car show,shine that you never see,don't drive me car around dad me mates are ringing me that they seen me car,in my garage and a ford has to go ford,I have to drive it once a week,power this car,my car in the picture 65 ltd GALAXIE.stop my fitness for a bit and then I got diabetes,down to pre so now I run two times a day push ups sit ups and lots of stretching and I feel a lot better,its all on my mums side of things,I got a long way to go with digital technology.got to upgrade my system,funny stuff happens

Hello,Thanks Bill for the invite,I hope that you all know that I have been here before,but I had to sort out all the drama with my profiles and systems and I am going to get a job so I can get myself a top of the line computer system,just using a laptop at the moment and it is playing up.so upgrade,just found out the other day what a docking station is and what it is used for,funny.cheers Bill.good night see you tomorrow Jon
