Welcome to Building a Home, Inc.
This is a truth-first, Christ-centered formation room.
We are here to become more whole, ordered, useful, and faithful in God โ one brick at a time.
This room works only if we protect the culture.
1. Tell the truth
No performance.
No pretending.
No polished religious masks.
Tell the truth with humility, clarity, and responsibility.
Truth is where rebuilding begins.
2. Lay the next brick
This is not a room for endless processing without movement.
If you share a burden, move toward one next step.
Small action counts.
3. Keep dignity high
We do not shame people here.
We also do not coddle self-sabotage.
Speak to others like brothers and sisters made in the image of God.
4. No trauma-dumping
Your story matters.
But this room is not built for graphic, chaotic, or uncontained sharing.
Share enough truth to be known and helped.
Do not unload pain in a way that overwhelms the room.
Pain is welcome. Chaos is not.
5. Christ at the center
This is not generic self-help with Bible language sprinkled on top.
We are rebuilding life in the fullness of God.
That means truth, love, repentance, stewardship, joy, wisdom, release, and faithful action all belong here.
6. Use the House Framework
When you post, try to name the room involved:
โค๏ธ Foundation โ Love & Truth
๐ช Basement โ Identity & Integrity
๐ช First Floor โ Physical & Financial Health
๐ ๏ธ Second Floor โ Vocation / Purpose
๐ Attic โ Joy
๐ฅ Chimney โ Release
โ๏ธ Skylight โ Wisdom
This keeps the community ordered.
7. Be the 1
Notice people.
Reply to someone.
Encourage someone.
Ask the honest question.
Do not let people disappear in silence.
The Power of 1 is part of who we are.
8. Respect the boundary
Building a Home, Inc. provides education, spiritual formation, practical growth tools, and community support.
This is not therapy, diagnosis, crisis counseling, or licensed clinical care.
If you are in immediate danger, unable to stay safe, or considering harming yourself, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
Your life matters too much for silence.
9. Build with humility
No one here has mastered the whole House.
We are builders in process.
Share what you are learning.
Practice what you teach.
Label what is still in progress.
Let fruit prove the work over time.
10. Protect the room
This community is a living room, not a stage.
No vague inspiration without action. We build here.
Brick by brick.
