Today marks the 10th week in a row I’ve ran, and the only days I missed was because I was sick (4 days) that’s 66 out of 70 days, or 94.3% consistent. My running pace has increased and I even ran two marathons in these 70 days with my highest mileage being 116K in one week, and that just proves that so much is possible with consistency!
Also I started these 10 weeks on Vacation lol
