Busy week? Build a training plan you can actually keep
A week gets easier when you decide what is realistic before Monday arrives. Use this alongside your current programme and the free Classroom resources. 1. BOOK YOUR REALISTIC SLOTS Choose the sessions you can fit around work and life. Write the day, time and place for each one. 2. PLAN FOR THE BUSY DAY If your usual slot disappears, decide in advance whether you can move it or use a shorter session from your existing plan. Avoid cramming every missed session into the weekend. 3. MAKE STARTING EASY Prepare your kit, save your workout and keep your training log ready. Give yourself fewer decisions when you arrive. COPY YOUR PLAN My main goal this week: My training slots: My busiest day: My backup plan: One thing I will prepare tonight: Already following a programme? Keep using it. New here? Open Classroom → Building Muscle for the first-week guide, beginner workout and training log. Share your plan below and tell me where you need help. We will review the week in the Weekly Check-in thread. — Reale

Make next week easier: your 15-minute food plan
You don't need a completely new menu every Monday. Start with a few meals you already enjoy and make them easier to organise. Try this 15-minute reset this weekend: 1. CHECK YOUR WEEK Which days are busy, and when will you actually have time to shop or cook? Plan around those days first. 2. PICK THREE GO-TO MEALS Choose a breakfast, lunch and dinner you enjoy, can afford and know how to make. Write down what you need for each. Keep your own preferences and dietary requirements in mind. 3. CHECK WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE Look in the fridge, freezer and cupboards before making a shopping list. Choose ingredients you can use across more than one meal. 4. HAVE A BUSY-DAY BACKUP Pick one easy option for the evening when plans change. The aim is to make your routine easier to follow. COPY YOUR PLAN BELOW My busiest day: My three go-to meals: My shopping/prep slot: My easy backup: What's one meal you could happily repeat next week? Share the idea below — it might help another member. For a personalised training and nutrition plan with check-ins and the Everfit app, message me privately saying COACHING. My 1:1 coaching is £175/month; we'll discuss suitability and full terms first. — Reale

Friday reset: one win and one plan for the weekend
Before the weekend gets busy, take two minutes to check in. 1. What is one win from this week — even a small one? 2. What is one realistic action you will follow through on this weekend? 3. What might get in the way, and how can you make that action easier? Your action could be putting next week’s training in your calendar, preparing your gym kit or planning a meal you enjoy. I’ve added “Progress Without Guesswork: Your Next 4 Weeks” in Classroom, with a simple review template you can copy. Use it alongside the training log to decide what to keep and what to adjust. Drop your win and weekend plan below. — Reale
