Want to start a Turo business but have no idea where to begin? Or already have a few cars and want to grow? 🚗🤍
I’m ThatTuroGirl! I started with one car and grew it into a rental car fleet. I created this community to teach you what I’ve learned — including what I wish I knew before starting.
Whether you have zero cars or a growing fleet, we’ll cover:
🚗 Starting on Turo step-by-step
🔎 Choosing cars + researching your market
💰 Financing, pricing, expenses + profitability
🛡️ Insurance, Turo protection plans + coverage
📸 Creating listings that get booked
💬 Guest messages + my templates
🔐 Contactless pickups & returns
✈️ Airport, hotel + custom deliveries
🧼 Cleaning, turnovers + maintenance
📷 Pre/post-trip photos + protecting yourself
🚨 Damage, accidents, claims + guest issues
⚙️ Systems for managing multiple cars
📈 Adding cars + scaling your fleet
🧠 My mistakes + real-life examples
