Our Latest Piece - THE KIRIDASHI RAZOR

We’ve been deep in the lab, re-engineering the traditional Japanese utility knife from the ground up.

Meet the Kiridashi Razor.

Without question, it’s the sharpest blade we’ve ever handled—razor sharp in the truest sense of the word.

Last year, we travelled to Japan on a mission: find a blade-making partner capable of turning this vision into reality. What we found was a workshop with 115 years of blade-making mastery. Their specialty? Dual-layer steel construction—the same philosophy used in samurai swords. An ultra-hard inner core for edge retention, wrapped in a softer outer layer for durability and resilience.

And just like a katana… we went FULL TANG.

The Kiridashi Razor is designed to melt into the base of your palm. Subtle ribbing along the sides delivers a locked-in grip and incredible tactile feedback. We reserved the best of our Santos Rosewood collection for this project, and it shows—each handle features wild, natural grain patterns, making every single blade a true one-of-one piece of art.

Hidden inside the handle are 8 high-grade rare-earth magnets, perfectly tuned to secure the cap in place. Slide it on, and you’ll hear it—that clean, satisfying click that feels like pure ASMR.

After working on this concept for over 2 years, we are finally in production. Each one takes a long time for us to make, so we are still a few months away from launching. We cannot wait for the big day to arrive, but until then... Here’s your first sneak peek 👀
