Mahāmudrā Nonmeditation is the complete integration of mindful awareness into your meditation and conduct outside the formal practice.
It is understanding Buddhahood. You just practice naturally by helping beings in your Nature of the Mind. It is an illusory display of wisdom-compassion. You can practice using anything as your Path.

One Taste is the experience of seeing the inseparability of samsāra and Nirvāna.
There’s no difference in your skillful means between churning the depths of samsara or enjoying the Nirvanic sphere of reality. You can keep your equanimity in the face of spontaneously benefiting beings according to their karmic composition. According to tradition you realize Great Equality which is the Buddha-realization of Earth Basic Goodness. Being very down to Earth and not at all proud.

If you suffuse yourself nondually into the appearances of the world, you just basically take Reality as the path.
