Hello my dear friends, I am considering moving this community to either a Discord Group or a Telegram Group so that it is easier to join. If anyone has any thoughts about that, let me know. I feel Skool has too much to friction join and doesn’t facilitate the type of activity I’m looking for. Discord is also a “new app to install” and you have to create an account. No community app is perfect. but I want to create more of a Forum as opposed to a lecture hall. “Chat” apps like Discord feel nice for that. I’d love it if you’d join O

Today I am taking a train from Bangkok to the Thailand / Malaysia border and walking across. After I get across (and clear enough distance from the border agents), I am going to hitchhike for the first time in my life. I’m making my first long form YouTube video, where I start out hitchhiking and staying at the cheapest place I can find, then I will eventually get to Kuala Lumpur and stay one night in a 5 star hotel. I have done absolutely no research about Malaysia besides looking up crime statistics. It is 10th safest. Country in the world - I have no fear. I don’t know where I will go, who I will meet, or how the story will unfold. I have been inspired by a handful of YouTubers who have done adventurous things like this, and I am so excited to be doing it now myself.
