After our meeting tonight, we agreed to take some time to brainstorm and explore what could make this next phase stronger. I’ve been reflecting on it, and I wanted to share an idea that feels important to me.
We have a whole group of people in the FreeZone community with incredible potential. You can see the spark, their interest, their excitement, their curiosity. But for some reason, it’s as if they’re standing right behind the door, not fully stepping in. I’m not sure why. Maybe they feel unsure, perhaps they think they’re not ready yet, or maybe they’re simply waiting for someone to guide them toward the next step.
From my perspective, this is where we can make a real difference:
If they want to come in, we welcome them.
If they want to leave, that’s their choice.
If they want to learn or ask questions, we give them the space to do that.
Above all, they should feel safe, seen, and supported, not pressured. Some of them need a different kind of trust before they take that first step.
That’s why I believe this 5-Day Challenge can be the bridge they’ve been waiting for. It can give them clarity, comfort, and momentum. And maybe, just maybe, this small step becomes the turning point that unlocks something big for them.
I also loved Behnoud’s point about using the Christmas and New Year holidays to create real change; the timing fits perfectly with the spirit of a fresh start.
I’d truly appreciate hearing your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions on this. Let’s shape this together and make it meaningful.✨🚀
