Entering 2026 With Intention 🎯 | The 8 Key Areas of Life
Who's ready to write some goals down? 👀 Not keeping them in our head. Not just thinking about them. Actually putting them on paper (or digital). Jim Rohn used to say a goal that isn’t written down is just a wish. Writing creates clarity, and clarity creates direction. This also ties directly into Time Mastery. These are the 8 key areas of life: • Health • Finances • Relationships • Career • Personal Development • Spirituality • Recreation • Contribution Here's the Challenge: Fill out your goals for all 8 areas for 2026. Top 3 per area if you can. If not, start with 1 per area. No right or wrong, and no judgments. It's just always good to know who's taking it seriously. And honestly, I didn't follow through 100% in 2025 and lacked accountability; this won't happen again. You’ll notice the sheets are broken down by quarters. Feel free to be creative and adjust the template. It’s also totally fine to copy and paste the same goal into multiple quarters. I’m doing that too. How I Started: (I hope this helps to give some direction, and you can also ask anything.) 1️⃣ I printed the sheets and spent 1–2 hours yesterday just writing and reflecting. It’s messy, my handwriting is awful, but I understand everything 😄 (picture below) 2️⃣ I’ll clean it up in a second session and type them in my Excel sheet (1-2 hours), 3️⃣ Then finalize it by the end of the weekend (1-2 hours), print it, and place it somewhere I can see every day. I’ll also add dates for weekly check-ins and a monthly review. (This could be a community call.) You don’t have to do it my way. This is just how I’m doing it. I dropped the docs in a Google Drive since Skool limits file uploads. Just click here and let me know if you can't access it. Accountability: Who’s down to do this together and help keep each other accountable?

Monday Inspiration 12/29 🥳
We’re in the last week of the year. I know there’s a holiday. I know things feel slower. I know it’s tempting to mentally check out. But this week matters. This is the moment to pause, reflect, and decide how you want to enter 2026. Not with pressure. With INTENTION! Here are 4 questions worth sitting with before the year turns: 1. How big are your dreams? 2. How demanding is it to achieve them? 3. Are you truly willing to meet that demand? (This is where most people split. Same potential. Same opportunity. Different commitment.) 4. How is it going to feel when it happens? Remember, for things to change, YOU have to change. Let's get into 2026 READY and have a FANTASTIC week ahead 😎

How was your Christmas? 🎄🎁
As for me, this was my second Christmas with my fiancée’s family, and just like last year, it was awesome. Gifts, warm cookies, great conversations, and even a trip into NYC since it was their first time seeing the city. Everything was going perfectly. Until the last day 😅 They had a late flight yesterday and of course a snowstorm hit, so the flight got canceled. United’s website was not working, the app kept crashing, and there were no live agents available. Definitely one of those moments that quietly tests leadership, patience, and attitude. Thankfully, no one lost their cool. With too many unknowns around the next flight, they made the call to cancel, get a full refund, and rent a car. Going to the airport to pick up that car and see over 100 people in the same situation was another adventure (see picture below, that was just the line from Avis, and in the back Budget lol). Even that took over an hour, and they drove back to Dallas and arrived safely. Airports, flights, and the DMV might be the best real life leadership labs there are. You learn a lot just by watching how people handle stress, delays, and things they cannot control 😂 All in all, it was a great Christmas. Time to slow down, enjoy family, and appreciate the moments. And the snow made it feel even more real, not just like the movies I grew up watching in Brazil. What about you? Any funny or unexpected Christmas stories? 🎄😎

How was your Christmas? 🎄🎁
Feliz Natal 🎄🎅🏽
That is how we say Merry Christmas in Portuguese 🇧🇷 😎 As we continue to grow and expand this community, this season feels like the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and set intentions. It is the time of year when we start asking better questions. What kind of leader do I want to become next year? How do I want to show up for my life, my career, and the people around me? With that in mind, I am excited to officially share that Leadership Launchpad will be launching on January 5th inside the community. 🥳 After exploring so many perspectives on leadership, one truth becomes impossible to ignore. Leadership is not about titles, personality types, or having all the answers. It is about who you become when things are uncomfortable, uncertain, or demanding. It is about how you lead yourself before anyone is watching, how you communicate when emotions are involved, how you make decisions under pressure, and how you treat people when you are the one setting the tone. Leadership Launchpad is an 8 week experience designed to develop those exact skills. It helps you move from self doubt and inconsistency into becoming a calm, confident, and intentional leader by strengthening self leadership, emotional discipline, communication, decision making, and people development. By the end, leadership is no longer something you try to do. It becomes how you show up, how you think, and how you influence others every single day. I AM EXCITED FOR THIS! Access to the course will be available through our community tiers, and here is how it will work. ⭐ Premium Membership (link here) Premium members will have access to the first 4 weeks of the 8 week course, along with a 50 percent discount to purchase weeks 5 through 8. ⭐ VIP Membership (link here) VIP members receive full access to the entire course. The first five people can join for $49 per month, after that, the price will increase to $79. This tier also includes ongoing monthly coaching, making it a deeper level of commitment and support.
Feliz Natal 🎄🎅🏽
