This is the beginning. 🙏 I created this Brotherhood for people who feel there’s more to life than just money, status and going through the motions. A place to talk openly about spirituality, purpose, growth, struggles, ideas and the things we’re learning along the way. You don’t need to believe exactly what I believe. Actually, I’d rather we question things, learn from each other and stay grounded. No gurus. No pretending we have all the answers. No judging people for being on a different path. Just people trying to understand themselves, help each other and become better along the way. Stronger together. Guided within. Fear in the Night, Faith in God.
Have you ever wondered why nightmares suddenly come out of nowhere? Recently, I’ve been experiencing nightmares again, and honestly, I don’t even know why. For so many years, I rarely experienced this, and now it suddenly happens again. I noticed that sometimes it happens on the days when I forget to open my Bible, or when I forget to play my usual Christian music before going to sleep. It makes me reflect on how important it is to keep our minds and hearts connected to God, especially before we rest. Of course, nightmares can also happen because of stress, anxiety, fear, or things our minds process while we sleep. We may not always know the reason behind them. And sometimes, no matter how strong our faith is, we cannot change the fact that we get scared. We are only human beings. We can pray, trust God, and still feel afraid. Being scared doesn’t mean that our faith is weak. What matters is where we turn when we are afraid. So whenever a nightmare wakes us up, let’s pray instead of allowing fear to control us. 🙏🏻 “When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.” — Psalm 56:3
