🗓️ Weekly Gatherings Reminder — Join Us!
Family, just a quick reminder that our BCWT? Gatherings happen every week here on the Skool platform (web or mobile app): 📍 Tuesdays at 8PM EST 📍 Fridays at 7AM EST These sacred spaces are not recorded — and that’s intentional. The conversations we share are deep, raw, and real. It's a judgment-free zone where brothers can open up without worry, and healing can actually begin. We encourage every member to make time to join us if you can. You will absolutely benefit from being in the room. These gatherings are a two-way street — a time of give and take for all of us. We’ve also been loving our new ‘Story Time’ segment. It’s been powerful, personal, and needed. If you’ve got a story, or you just want to listen and support, you belong in the room. Let’s grow together. No man left behind. Only forward. 💬🔥
Quick note from the Founder
I want to give a big shout out to those of you who were in attendance at the Breakfast & Chat gathering on Saturday morning. There were seven brothers at the table and the conversations were just as filling as the delicious food was. I look forward to seeing you at our virtual meetings on Tuesday 8pm & Friday 7am. Let's continue to share with other brothers the significance of finding a community that is not built on pretentiousness, competition, or ego, but rather on supportiveness, personal growth, and accountability. Now more than ever before, men need a space dedicated to finding and being their authentic selves. I don't know of anywhere else where men can be listened to, built up, supported, coached, encouraged to keep going, cheered on, and celebrated for less than 40¢/day. So let's go out today and recruit more members into this space. When it's all said and done, BCWT? will be recognized as the global standard of community for real men. Respectfully, Damon Austin Founder | Visionary of Bro, Can We Talk? (501c3 Nonprofit) ps—no AI was used in this post

Founder's Address
I want to take full accountability for the miscommunication about Bro, Can We Talk? not meeting this morning. I didn’t communicate the cancellation, and I didn’t set up anyone to facilitate in my absence. That’s on me. The truth is, I’ve been managing too much manually and mismanaged my time. Somewhere along the way, one of the most important recurring events on my calendar "Free Speech Fridays" was dropped. This can’t happen again. Free Speech Fridays has become a staple in our community, something we all look forward to and value deeply. To ensure this doesn’t repeat, I’m implementing a 24-hour communication system that will do two things: 1. Give the designated facilitator up to 24 hours prior to the meeting to confirm they’ll lead and announce the discussion topic. 2. If a replacement facilitator is needed, both the original and replacement must confirm the handoff within that same window. This structure will help keep our gatherings consistent, our transitions smooth, and our energy aligned. I’ll also be starting a community text thread so everyone has clearer access to upcoming schedules and updates. I dropped the ball today, but I’m learning from it and building a stronger system to serve you better. I take this seriously because this community means too much to all of us. Thank you for your patience, your grace, and your continued trust. With respect, Damon Austin Founder, Bro, Can We Talk?
