For any absolute beginners who have never touched a basketball, all the way up to top tier expert level players - The Mikan drill is one of the best individual drills to build endurance, work on hand eye coordination, and finish around the rim. Set your stop watch for 1 minute and count how many makes you can get, alternating each time around the rim. Every time you do this, keep score of how many you get and try to beat your personal best each time.
