You Don’t Have a Business
Most of you don’t have a business.
You have a job… with your name on it.
And it looks like this:
You take every call.
You run every job.
You solve every problem.
And if you stop…
money stops.
That’s not ownership.
That’s a prison.
And nobody gave you the rules to escape it.
You were taught how to fix machines…
Not how to build something that runs without you.
So you stay busy.
You work harder.
And nothing actually changes.
Lesson 10 isn’t about “getting out of the truck.”
It’s about understanding why you’re still stuck in it.
Because it’s not your effort.
It’s your structure.
Ownership is a math problem.
Technicians solve problems.
Owners build machines.
If you disappear for 3 days…
