We already have 5 voice agents in the backlog ready to be built now and continuous ongoing work for the right builder.
This role is focused on voice agent quality, especially:
• Conversation scripting
• Objection handling
• Systematic testing before launch
• Iteration based on real calls
The agents we are building
• Speed-to-lead appointment setter
• Inbound call qualifier
• Dead lead reactivation agent
• Appointment confirmation and reminder agent
What you’ll be working on
• Designing and refining call flows
• Writing and improving scripts
• Testing conversations end-to-end
• Shipping production-ready voice agents
• Improving call quality over time

• Agents that sound natural and controlled
• Handle interruptions and edge cases
• Drive booked appointments reliably
• Improve with every iteration
