Need to outsource to Voice AI Integration Specialist

Hoping to work with a technically capable contractor to help integrate an AI voice receptionist with UK dental practice software and phone systems. The role involves configuring AI voice agents, connecting telephony (Twilio or equivalent), handling call routing, data capture, and webhooks, and integrating with dental practice management systems such as Dentally, Software of Excellence (Exact), Carestream R4, and related tools. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining integrations using APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code tools (e.g. Zapier or Make), troubleshooting failed calls or data sync issues, and ensuring reliable, secure handling of patient enquiries. This is hands-on implementation work - not strategy or admin - and requires someone comfortable working independently on real production systems.
