Looking for a Native US Speaker

I'm looking for a reliable US partner to work with our team on a part-time basis. No development experience is required.

As an AI Engineer, I have worked for several Asian companies, including Deepseek, and with various international clients(outlier). Recently, I noticed a gap in the US market and have tried to work with US clients. Unfortunately, my efforts didn’t succeed, and I realized the challenges were simple but significant:

1. Timezone differences: Most clients work on CST (UTC-6), while my local timezone is UTC+8. This meant their working hours often fell in the middle of my night. Even when I adjusted my schedule to EST hours, it was difficult for them to trust the arrangement.

2. Language barriers: While I can communicate fluently in everyday English, I sometimes struggle with technical vocabulary or speaking spontaneously. Even though I can clearly type my ideas, speaking in real time was sometimes challenging, which disappointed clients.

Because of these challenges, I’ve decided to find a US partner to work with.

We focus on building high-quality, scalable software solutions and value clear communication and consistent delivery. Your role would involve communicating with clients and collaborating remotely. In return, I’m happy to offer 50% of the income I generate from this partnership.
