This was my first Transformative Breathwork session that I was able to attend live. Starting at 5:30am here in Texas, it was a lovely way to start the day. Thank you so much, @Sarah Wright !

Day 3 of Deep Belly Breathing (HB30) I became even more aware of how tight my diaphragm is as I have been overcoming the multiple sclerosis since 2011 and have been dealing with the phenomenon known as "the MS hug". Prior to this morning's session (Day 4) I performed a trigger point diaphragmatic release made everything go so much smoother. For a quick demo, check out the video I just made

Just did Day 1 of Deep Belly Breathing in MB30 and I have to say, this reminds me of the algorithm of WHM. I don't mean to be a hipster, but starting the deep belly breathing felt like getting together with an old ex that you're still on good terms with😁. Yeah, WHM is filling the belly->filling the chest with each breath, but doing rounds of 30 breaths then breath-holding on the exhale leads me to reminisce on pleasant memories.

I had the first 90 minute breath awareness coaching session with a 20 year young man with asthma who's breathing system is quite clogged. After we cleared his airways with the nose clearing exercise, we checked his CO2 tolerance and practiced several breathing techniques. I had my unorganized PS pool of songs running in the background which he loved. I stressed that the only way to get better with our breath is to practice daily. We agreed to continue meeting weekly and I gave him homework - to practice a couple of method twice daily (wake up+bed time)/thrice (midday) if he can. I shared some life wisdom and let him pick a card which he felt chimed with his current disposition in life. At the end of the session I asked him to lie down and played Brian's brilliant 5 minute BW break - and it blew his mind that he held his breath for a whole minute. And of course he loved the sound Brian created which is absolutely awesome (it's my personal favourite quick fix practice). For me the experience was beautiful and I'm happy to be of service and help. Since I too have been struggling with my breath (since childhood), I aim to help others improve their breathability. Seeing his breath improve overtime will help boost my confidence in teaching breath awareness for improved health along with the journeys. I feel I'm building my practice exactly for my size and I love it!!! Next this week (Thursday) I'm guiding my first TBJ in Hebrew on zoom for a couple of ladies. I'm excited to prepare the journey and playlist for them. Will post how it went ❤️

Hi all, I would like to celebrate a personal win. I was suffering from a crazy flu which doesn't go away. I did three days of breathwork practice and today I'm feeling that it's finally recovering! I will continue to do this practice! Anyone else have similar experience? Happy to hear from you!

I had asked a question about pelvic floor pain management and if anyone had any experience with alleviation of these types of issues a month or so ago. I have done a couple sessions with a friend who is experiencing severe PF tense-ness and pain. After one breathwork session she said it's alleviated almost entirely, although the tension has either moved or just without the distraction increased the pain/tightness in her TMJ, I am still super excited for her and what the future holds! Wanted to share that here!

A realization today after doing breathwork. Everyone, read this at least 5 times: "Sometimes what didn't work out for me worked out for me." Blessings everyone!

Hey 👋🏾 Have you ever found yourself feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? It's a common experience in today's fast-paced world, but there is a simple and effective way to find a sense of calm and inner peace: mindful breathing. Mindful breathing is a technique that involves focusing your attention on your breath and becoming more aware of your thoughts and feelings. By practicing mindful breathing regularly, you can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and enhance your overall well-being. There's this one saying that comes to my mind is:"The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another." Here's a simple mindful breathing technique that I found useful and you can try right now: ፩ Sit or stand in a comfortable position, with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. ፪ Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your chest and belly expand. ፫ Hold your breath for a few seconds, then slowly exhale through your mouth, feeling your chest and belly contract. ፬ Repeat this cycle several times, focusing your attention on your breath and the sensations in your body. ፭ If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath. Incorporating mindful breathing into your daily routine can have a profound impact on your mental and physical well-being. So take a few moments to breathe deeply and mindfully, and experience the peace and calm that comes with it✌🏾.

Do you know how I know breathwork works? Because before breathwork, when someone was hostile towards me, it would negatively bother me all day and sometimes longer. Today, it doesn't bother me at all, its like water off a ducks back. What areas in your life have you seen improvement after implementing breathwork as a daily practice?🌬️💛

#Dec 5, 2022 Kundalini Awakening Journey with Reece At last I've done the journey this morning. Although I finished it three hours ago I still feel hypnotized:0 I'm trying to get myself together. My body is still shaking, my movement it weird and I'm making an effort to catch a thought. I feel my head is totally empty. During the journey I felt many weird sensations. I had tetany in my mouth, hands and feet. I also felt my butt glued to the bed. My whole body was numbed. On the second round I was able to breath in my chest easier and deeper. Did the 2 screams and no one freaked out:)) I was worried that my dog would get scared about me. But it went peacefully:) Can't thank you enough Reece. This journey is so powerful. I'm sure its effect will continue with me for a while. Looking forward to doing your latest journey soon. And definitely will feed you back. Thank you<3

#Dec 5, 2022 Kundalini Awakening Journey with Reece This breath was quite different from all the others. Chest breathing...amazing. And in the midst of this transport for all that is to understand that your brain is asleep and trapped in beliefs and standards of an also sleeping society and figures of sleeping authorities. The only way to get out of the victim, out of fear is to watch yourself using tools to cross the river. Challenges are for you to cease and step out of the comfort zone. But as soon as the practice ends, the mind already assumes its role and then focus on new speeches, new beliefs to have the life you want. I confess that when it ended I felt invincible. kkkkkkkkkk

Thanks to Kate from Client Success (success@yogilab.com) I figured out why I wasn't able to access the videos in the MB30 program on my smartphone. I have the WHM app (for the past 3-4 years) and had been increasing the number of breaths per session and had built up a good amount of CO2 tolerance so it was lovely to have the extended breath holds. Laying down made it much possible and comfortable not having to focus on keeping myself erect in a chair

EPIC! F🌻ck yeah! On the 5 Primary Traumas session! What an incredible experience to go through. If this is breath-work, then YES! All IN! I finished Day 2 of the challenge today as well. Appreciate bridging the gap between the daily breathing practice efforts and the transformational work. @Brian Kelly I have brushed by this kind of breath-work and seen a few 'examples' but this was a real, raw experience and I want to say Thank YOU💛 for the way that you showed up! I was not expecting that for an online delivery :).

I had a client with chronic arthritis (20 years +). When asked when it started she said after her abortion. The feeling of guilt was eating her alive causing pain in the surface. After our session, she said the baby came out from her uterus, kissed her on the forehead and said “i Forgive you”. Since that moment, she never felt guilt and her chronic pain went away.

Namaste breath friends! I've been running weekly online classes for about a month now and I've been playing a bit with adding extra sounds to the music (screams, singing bowls...). For my last session (yesterday) I was inspired to pre-mix the whole playlist with the added sounds so that I wouldn't have to play them manually and it worked pretty well... except when I got the timing wrong in my script! Still learning from my errors haha Still it was super interesting to do, especially since this last journey was a bit of an experimental one. Inspired by my experience facilitating Yoga Nidra in which I usually guide people through adventures during the visualisation part, I decided to try it out during my breathing session too so that I could really create an emotional journey for the participants, and adding sounds to this really deepened the experience! I also instructed the breather to take it as if they were actors playing a role and to be expressive in their performance, to make the (imaginary) audience really believe them. I like to call this a *Breathplay* journey, to bring more fun and lightness into an experience which can sometimes feel really heavy, without reducing the impact it has! Also the word "work" usually has a negative connotation so I'm trying to refrain from using it ;) Finally I've been a bit frustrated with the sound quality I get through Zoom... Which inspired me to record my voice separately and mix it with the music, which is what I want to share with you all today! Here is the recording of the full session (except the intro) whose theme was "From Fear to Love" with a voice activation practice at the beginning: https://us06web.zoom.us/rec/share/pJu-2Ykv6QzOnrrobKnrI1vhn-QJ_Z6FJ9zLqorTwih0vqQb_2gExbV9_mavPml9.S5fm5qXOYh7zqt6E Passcode: Fk56qrc% And here is the HQ mix of the journey (without the voice activation) which I remixed after the session to have all the sound effects be more syncronized with my guidance:

Hello everyone. I’m so excited and would love to share those moments with you. I just finished guiding my first parasympathetic zoom journey. I had 11 students. I Had @Mohamed El Dakkak and @Anati Bloch from my pod. I’d love to thank them for their usual support. I appreciate that🙏🏻. I also had two family members and 7 friends. Actually, I didn’t get the chance to listen to their sharings. I guess all fell asleep except for two or three who wrote in the chat that they will share later😂. Let’s hope everyone is safe and sound😀.

I am experiencing better libido doing breathwork each morning. I do it for about 12 min each morning. I have done about 4 Journeys in the past 2 months too. I also do deep somatic repression work on myself so that plays a part in this. My body feels so much more alive, open and full of sexual energy. This has been missing for many years for me. Let's say I am very surprised and delighted this is finally shifting for me. 🥰😍

A gift 💝 "The Breathwork Revolution: The breath, a revolution in its flow, a master of the mind and emotion. With every inhale, a chance to grow, and every exhale, a sweet devotion. The air, a conduit for healing grace, a hero in the battle for the soul. It expands the self, finds its place, and makes the heart and spirit whole. The breath, a link to all that's true, a connection to the universe. It brings the self into view, and opens paths that were once terse. The breath, a tool for transformation, a means to change and rearrange. It guides the mind in its formation, and helps you to engage. The breath, a key to inner peace, a guide to the path of light. It brings the mind to release, and brings the self to new heights. So let the breath be your guide, as you journey through this life. It will show the way inside, and bring you to the end with no strife. For the breath is the key to the soul, and the master of the mind and emotion. With every inhale, a chance to grow, and every exhale, a sweet devotion. So breathe, dear hero, breathe, and know, that with each breath, you're on the right path. For the breath is the key to the flow, and the guide to your journey's aftermath." - Noah Long I just want to mention how much I appreciate Brian Kelly for everything he is doing with this group, Breath Masters Academy, YogiLab, and everything else he's birthing into our world. Thank you for creating the Breath Masters Academy! I've just started my new Breathwork coaching business and would love to hear what everyone thinks!
