Day 3 done!
Feeling incredible ! Breathwork for the win. The anxiety has decreased and my energy has levelled up! I started using breathwork on my 8 year old who is an amazing swimmer and he's doing exceptionally well.

First guided journey
Hi Everyone! Just wanted to share, I guided my first journey last week on Friday, I felt calm and at the same time felt my friend wasn't going deep enough but stayed the course and reminded her throughout to breathe deep. In the end she said she was in a trance going through different experiences of her life and that she's had two great healings in her life and this was one of them. It's true what Brian says, that sometimes what we consider as "nothing is happening" can actually be really a deep experience for the breather. I'm looking forward to sharing this again, I have another session scheduled tomorrow!

Perfect reset
I'd gotten off my routine and was noticing how unsettled I was feeling. How I'd reverted back to serving from depletion instead of from overflow, which isn't sustainable. I've just finished day 3 of the 5 Day Challenge (again) and it's just what I've been needing! I'm so grateful for this space, this community, and this beautiful practice. 🙏❤️

My first journey
This week I did my first ever 1 on 1 with my own journey, it was a massive win for me! Although it's still a draft and my attention span doesn't let me work hard on it for days on end it came pretty good for how it was. And she had a massive release(although she had done BW before - Holotropic breathing), she cried and said that's truly hard for her and integrated her inner child. So I was truly surprised. Not taking off credits out of my achievement, I feel soooo good!

Canine Breathwork???
I was able to lead a client and her therapy dog on a journey yesterday. I have never even thought of having a dog sitting in. The client wept through deep release in a journey entitled, " Conquering the fear of being hurt". It was beautiful. We talked at the end as she spoke of trauma as a young woman and she mentioned that the dog had some trauma as a puppy and is terrified of riding in cars. We commented on how we wondered what a journey is like through a dogs eyes. She called the moment she got home and instead of crying all the way home the dog slept peacefully! Seriously, you can't make this up!!! Needless to say Ruthie the dog is coming to the next session!

5 day challenge complete
Well I cannot say that was completely enjoyable. I coughed a lot, had to restart my breath a few times. The breath holds seemed to be the easiest part! Today was the hardest of all as I seemed to have aches everywhere in my body. I do feel the benefit that will come eventually, I suppose it is like any muscle that may have atrophied.....it will take work to undo that.

First Journey
Yesterday was my first session with someone outside of the program. It was my little brother, he knew very little of breathwork so I was a little anxious on how he was going to receive it. When it came to the integration, he sat up said "that was wild!" Then laid back down for 3 songs, and came back and said "can we do that again?!" Such a great feeling!

Letting Go & Accepting Inward
I just shared this with one of our members and realised this is quite an awesome win for myself when I saw how profound it was with some of my clients. Doing a physical exercise rather than just the mental exercise often makes it more real. Letting go can be hard and when we finally get to doing it, wow, it feels amazing, we just need to get there and the vehicle can be hard if you don't know how. BREATH is the easiest one used with others to help the release and it works so well. It's natural, it's free and it's so beneficial on many levels as you all know. So here's the simple exercise I have been doing with some of my clients who have maintained that letting go is "too difficult" or they just cant do it. (Not so when you know how, just a little guidance and its easy then). I found this physical exercise works really well as you breathe when you battling to let go. You can only bring into your life and accept with an open hand because you are holding on to whatever with a closed hand. Stand outside barefoot so you ground as you do this and you can breathe in wonderful fresh air, (I confess I breath CCB really slowly with this and encourage my clients to do it as well) Stand feet shoulder distance apart, hold your hands out, palms faced up only they closed symbolizing that you holding on right (holding on to whatever it is) as you breathe out you unclench those fists and relax your palms face up and as you breathe in you relax even deeper accepting into those open palms new abundance. You cannot receive with a closed hand and you have to open and let go to make space for new. Using the breath really works well and it can get quite emotional. Draw attention to what you letting go then just let it flow with breath and relaxation and enjoy the grounding, the fresh oxygen the breath the sun on your face, the earth beneath you. All that good shit! much love to you

Getting in Gear
Well, my online sessions have pretty much dried up/run their course so I decided to get my butt in gear and approach more in-person venues. I'm attending a complimentary Pilates session on Friday 🤞🏼🙏🏼💜 ☮️💜🫁

Introduction to Breathwork
This weekend I held my first One Day Retreat Workshop for 16 beautiful women, here in London. The day included QiGong, meditation and an introduction to Breathwork! My nephew, who has just graduated as a film/TV composer wrote some really great pieces to accompany this 🥰 The focus of the day was anxiety and stress and it was so fulfilling to watch these women transform, even within such a short space of time! The whole day went so smoothly, the energy in the room was amazing and everyone is already asking when the next one will be! 😍

Parasympathetic Journey
I’ve just finished writing my first parasympathetic journey for my functional breathing client who’s 70 years old and suffers from numb feet (I believe due to her chest breathing and general stress levels). Wish us both luck that it helps!

Experiencing Pure Joy in Coming Home
Decided to tune in to the Journey for Subconscious Mind Reprogramming tonight, I felt pulled to it. I am experiencing the power of these sessions through the breath, the scripts, that all seem to resonate with me so far, and the music, so perfectly selected, almost like another script within the script. So blessed to be accessing all these experiences right now. They are bringing unexpected levels of joy and it feels like coming home. 🙏🏾

Gratitude in the midst of challenging times
I've loved the last week, completing my 2-day TetraMap course (using nature as a metaphor for communication styles), celebrating my granddaughter's first week in our world, and seeing my grandson fall in love with his baby sister ❤️ All this in the midst of witnessing a world that appears so broken, lacking compassion, depleted of human kindness. I've been reminded appreciation, gratitude & deep love connections do and can exist in the midst of terrible times, of how truly blessed I am to tap into my precious breath, a resource that brings me back to true self, one so many others need right now 🙏🏾 Wishing you all a beautiful week ahead...

Breathwork Wins
After teaching meditation for some time now, its always encouraging to see the benefits in people when you couple other modalities together especially Breathwork. When I introduced a deeper breath session to class recently knowing no one had experienced CCB before I was a little apprehensive. I was greeted with when is the next one? The transformation of CCB in people is amazing and encouraging when they express their benefits to you. We now breathe harder and more with each meditation class and its wonderful!

High, HIIT and Hunger
I have done 4 journeys so far. And i loved every second of them. I discovered a couple of things along the way: My body can do strange things My thinking mind is so chatty, but i can shut it off, which i did not think i could I am so hungry after each session, hungrier than when i do HITT sessions I have been searching and it seems that i am finding me...through my own breath Can't wait for whatever comes next. Thanks, Brian!!!!

First BW SESSION DONE!
I have to say I used a script of Brian’s and I will deffo write my own next time but it went well. I could do a bit better. I’m excited to get better and be better!! 🥳🥳🥳✨✨✨✨ just so happy I did it! Deffo felt nervous before and also forgot to tell her about the scream 😂😂😂 so I made it a sigh 😂😂 because I can’t just randomly tell someone to scream. Next time I won’t forget that bit 😂😂

Breathwork Heals!
I have managed to incorporate Breathwork in some form into every therapy I practice with my clients whether it be a Regression, Meditation, Counselling or even a Massage therapy. To see the benefits of breathing, even in the most gentlest of ways (and yes some times in deeper Breathwork exercises) has had incredible "awakening" moments for them. To hear comments, "I had no idea I wasn't breathing correctly" or "wow that feels so much better" or "I feel an incredibly huge release", makes sharing the passion of Breathwork literally exhilarating. I confess when I see that light bulb moment come on in my client after they experience the connection between what has happened after breathing in their body & emotions I just want to scream & jump like a kid!!! I have to ask does anyone get so frikking excited about sharing even the simplest technique of Breathwork with some one and then seeing them acknowledge it because it works? How can one not LOVE BREATHWORK!!!!

Ancestral Trauma
I experienced the 9D Ancestral Trauma Journey today. It was quite an experience. I am impressed by the capacity of this format to assist in letting go, being vulnerable and settling into the process of acknowledgement, acceptance and release. A moving, emotional and rather physical experience. I am Grateful...

Day 5/5 on MB 30….
Been absolutely slammed with work but keeping steady with the daily EB of week 1 and today was one of the best. The flow felt more natural, the exhale less pushed and more released and the meditation afterwards… best ive ever had! Pumped to be taking this to the next level…

Work?
They say find what you love and you'll never work a day in your life...doing the practice and journeys doesn't feel like work, it feels like a glorious dive into myself where I get to explore my heart, mind, and soul 💛 (I can't wait to make it part of my vocation though!!)

Day 4 of 5 Day BW Challenge
Love the content, learning about all the different techniques and how and when to use them. I am already very used to using the activation methods, but are called to explore the methods that stimulate the Parasympatbetic Nervous System. I suffer from insomnia and have been on meds for 10+ years. I would love to get off them and I want to practise some of the techniques given on Day 4. Many years ago, tHings were rough, as it goes with LIfe. I got diagnosed with Bipolar Depression and put on meds. At the beginning of 2020, I read book of Dr Joe Dispenza (the placebo effect) and decided that I am strong enough to self- regulate and weaned myself off all those meds. The only left over of that period of my life is the sleep meds. Breathwork is essential to my day in helping me self-regulate my mood, and maybe breathwork can now also be the key to getting myself of sleep meds!!

First time and a success!
The yoga studio was filled with 20 brave souls that was willing to do the work. The trauma release to the letting go journey was amazing! We held space and did a lot of hands-on assist. The knowingness of who needed the support and how to best support each person came from the intuition and I am sure that we had support from above. So filled with gratitude. Just, wow!

I just got finished with 5 Primary Imprints with a repeat client. The most profound post-Journey integration I've been witness to thus far😍 Spirit of Life by Blackmill was the anthem while my client went into a beat-poetry stream of consciousness https://open.spotify.com/track/6eRPYyh1EPRqDhgb3Nardw?si=d851c1f6ebe24974
