Hi all. It's been a while. I recently took a long hiking trip to the Grand Canyon. During that time, I did some breahtwork, of course. However, I fell out of my rhythm of doing my solid morning breathing routine. Since returning home, I allowed myself to continue to slip out of my routine. I began noticing some depression creeping in. I got back to my mat today and am reminded how vital this work is. I am really looking forward to starting class in June. I really appreciate this community. Thank you all.
