This morning I did the 12 m BW again before hitting the shower finishing cold.

Today I had a really busy day at school. I’m teaching kids (7-9 yrs) with difficult backgrounds, behavior and/or learning problems. One boy showed externalising behavior again. And I noticed that I stayed very calm and focussed. After it was resolved I took some me-time and some deep breaths. It helps me so much to be me.
