Hi everyone. It's taken me some time to get an introduction together. I am an LPCC for a nice company here in Denver. It's been quite the journey starting this new career at 43. I was previously a barber and am still seeing clients as I make this transition. I was also teaching a little kung fu but recently had to stop because of the time and stress of doing too much. I still train for myself. I focus on a lot of self care. Without that, nothing else good happens.
