Day 3!

I completed Day 3 of Breathwork today and

I am still loving it! I love creating routines. I have lived with adhd for most of my life so routines are my best friend and I always had a good night routine but not the greatest morning routine so I look forward to creating a good one.

The main thing I always do each morning is a cold plunge. I think that paired with breath work is going to set me up for success.
