Early this morning, I had a close friend call me in a moment of absolute panic. I've been practicing Reiki for a while but decided to suggest one of the breath exercises that I learned from Brian to help give her relief more quickly, as sometimes Reiki takes more than one session. It helped a lot. It also helped me. I am very empathetic so I could feel the anxiety starting to rise in my own body. Using the 4-7-8 technique was very helpful.
